Searching for a song from Family Channel

There was a song I heard a while back on Family Channel during their commercials. It was a music video filmed at a live concert. I think it was Family Chanel's big ticket summer concert. It was a band and the lead singer was a young woman. A kind of rock pop song. This was from a few years ago, so quite recent.

Thing is I actually remember finding out the title of the song back then. I pretty certain the words "don't dance" is in the title. Actually I think it was the last words in the title. I remember it was a fairly long title.

Anyone know what song I'm talking about?
