Movie about Writer's Widow

Bear with me as this description was relayed to me by my spouse.

A writer has died and his widow has the final manuscript. Others are running roughshod over her to get at it. A remark is made along the lines of "Just because he put his penis in you doesn't give you rights to, etc." A supportive sibling travels across the Atlantic to punch someone on the widow's behalf.

I can usually figure out movies from descriptions, but I'm lost on this one.
