Name that film.

Hi folks.

Can you name that film please, where, there's about 3 bad guys, 2 men and 1 woman, and they are chasing some kid and there's a scene in it where ambulance gets set on fire.

I watched bits of it in the early 1990s so it must be from either 80s or 90s. Anyone know? Thanks.
