Music Video - can't think the name of

So not exactly a film/TV show but it's driving me crazy and I was shocked to learn that IMDB messages boards had closed so I'm grateful if you can help.

The video starts with the lady in the cafe and she receives a call that her son has been kidnapped. A lady in a black dress with big black sunglasses take the kid on a road trip. Then goes to a motel. Meanwhile, there are some old man and woman possibly the grandparents looking for the kid too. They then find the motel and smoke the apartments and the lady in the black dress is knocked out in bed.

All to an Asian sounding beat like to tune to Oh Wonder by Ultralife which has made me think of this song LOL

please help :)
