I saw a movie when I was a teenager (30/35 years ago) about a group of kids taking some kind of hallucinogenic pills and then they were being followed (maybe killed) by some weird monster.

It was set in the future ora post apocalyptic world and may have even been Japanese although I seem to remember a non Japanese kid.

I know it's a bit vague and I promise it wasn't my own drug fuelled imagination back then but this movie has been bugging me for years so if anyone can come up with some ideas then maybe I can finally find out what it was.

Thanks but not Bump. It was apocolyptic and much older. Not a horror movie.
