I search for a movie that should be around 50's or 60's

Hello friends. I look for a film that only remember a few things. The first is that the female protagonist was a psychologist / doctor, working in his office she had pictures of very strange, abstract art. At the end of the film the two main actors (a man and a woman) escape to an airport in a chase, and finally manage to escape abroad to make a new life with the money. It is a film that I saw 10 years ago, I know it's very few data but hope someone can help me to find it. Thank you very much!
