What old Disney movie has kids rolling tires down a hill at motorcycles

I remember having seen a 1960s or 1970s Disney (?) movie featuring a scene, probably toward the end, in which a large group of kids were on top of a hill and rolling tires down at a group of bad guys on motorcycles.

If it was Disney, I probably saw it as an episode of Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color, and it may not have had a theatrical release.

There probably isn't any mistaking this one with something else. If you've seen it, you know it. :)
