I'm looking for the title of a movie:

Guy driving truck eating food, threw food package out of truck, this caused truck to overturn. A cryogenically frozen Chinese man in a capsule in the back of the truck falls out of the truck and the capsule opened up. The Chinese guy woke up and saw the world for the first time in many years
