Movie about tutor and Asian student

This often played during late night cable and involved a sexy tutor getting involved with her Asian student, as she was a spy or some kind of detective. It wasn't soft core porn but it was kind of a trashy romance and even had moments of comedy, including one scene where an Asian waiter starts having a violent sneeze attack.
