Dean Richmond, definitely.
I didn't hate Pam, I think she only volunteered Greg to be the second usher, because she was trying to get him in good with the family. Plus, she didn't blame him for what happened to Debbie's eye, and reassured him constantly that it was him she loved, not Kevin. And when she realized she was in the wrong, she called him and apologized. She even told her dad to knock it off when he accused Greg of trying to milk Jinxy. So no, she wasn't bad. I do think she should've woke Greg up, though, instead of having him sleep in, and she should've been the one to go to Denny's room to get Greg some clothes. Other than those things, I liked her.
Don't forget Dr. Bob. He was a jerk too!
No, I don't know anyone like Franklin, lol, but part of me felt sorry for him, because...

He's stuck in a wheelchair, and ends up tumbling down a hill when he has to pee, hurting himself
He's stuck with his sister, Sally, who, deep down, didn't want him to come, and is kinda rude and sarcastic to him
The van is really hot
The Hitchhiker cuts him, takes a picture of him, and blows it up
The others leave him alone to fend for himself when they arrive at the house
So, yeah, he was annoying, but at the same time, could you really blame the poor guy? Lol

It drove me nuts, because I couldn't figure it out, either, but now, I'm wondering if Hi was trying to tell him that he pulled the pin off his grenade.
It wasn't just to defend Gilligan, I like all the other Castaways too, I'm just saying there were times where he was blamed that weren't his fault. Should the Skipper be locked up for not securing the boat right in The Friendly Physician? Should the Professor be locked up for reading the stone tablets wrong in The Secret of Gilligan's Island? No, they all made mistakes, and Gilligan did, too, I was just naming the times where he gets blamed just because he's Gilligan. Heck, a lot of times, they would all be dead if it wasn't for Gilligan rescuing them.
