She was pretty good in Truffic and Entripment as well
it's unfair to the rest of the cast how funny Ruth Gordon is.
I agree with you. I found it to basically be Heart of Darkness in outer space. A very entertaining movie, I think it's underrated with a score of 6.5. I don't know why it's not generally liked, it has some awesome set pieces with amazing visual spectacle. The opener is tremendous.

The original is much better acted, directed, and produced all around.
I like every bit of Seasons 10, 11, & 12. Actually, the only season I really didn't care for much was 8.
He's been very successful behind the camera as Director though, right?
I've never seen SOLO, but it seemed like this movie killed his acting career. I'd like to watch it someday, you really can't beat those 90's action movies.
