SPOILERS with regard to the conduct of Dementus Is there no rape this time? Reasons I don't want Mad Max: Wasteland, another prequel. A scene I wanted but didn't get. So why does Furiosa hate Immortan Joe so much? Crucifixion scene. SPOILERS "There is no hope!" I can't figure this movie out. What iconic lines do you think they'll keep? View all posts >

Mean tweets! Don't look at Mengele! I can't but compare him to Evan Peters in that first season of American Horror Story in that one scene, similar makeup. That dude portrayed gigatons of gravitas in a tv show that Skarsgaard is not putting up in this movie. I started watching the tv show too, which features lots of stunts front and center. They simply missed the mark with how to present this movie. Hey. Die Antwoord fans need movies too. 15ish dollars in gas to get there, and 15ish for the ticket depending what time I go. I can buy a gallon of whiskey for 16 dollars and steam movies for free and have a black out weekend while i stumble around eating frozen pizza in my underwear. the theater is a total nonsense system. I was standing at my bar pulling a shot tonight thinking just this. I like ATJ just fine. A lot actually. But Charlize she is not. That woman really carved herself a seriously impressive career. Including her unbridled fierce performance as Furiosa. And my favorite performance her guest stint on Arrested Development. They simply wern't going to put any young woman into those shoes to equal that. I don't think they made this movie right. This should have been about other people, as it largely was, with Furiosa being a guest star as Max was previously. This film focuses on the wrong parts of the backstory. I clocked it closer to 200 mill. They ran an add for this every commercial break on all the networks for a couple months. Hell, even printing up those stupid popcorn and soda cups nobody wanted cost a ton of dough. the one where the lesbos drive off a cliff Do I get to do all his drugs first? That's what bugs me. Mr. Lucas really laid the stepping stones of all the insanity Disney is doing. This isn't coming out of nowhere. He muddied the waters already. He started this nonsense with hinting around at immaculate conception through the Force. And the Jedi maybe not being so great. These are his dumb ideas. They're just going nuts with it.
