Fantasy parts

Before watching the movie, I've seen several references to the "fantasy sections" of the movie.

Even the description in here:
"A Homeric fairy tale".

Isn't this being blown out of proportion?
I only remember 2 scenes of fantasy, and it was 2 delirious moments of the main character, short scenes.
