Alternate Ending?...

We were going through my old-time-producer Grandad's stuff and we found a bunch of weird movie-related items. A few film reels...one reads "Titanic: Alternate Ending". Another one reads "Shazam: starring Sinbad". Another one "Back to the Future: starring Eric Stoltz. And another one "Star Wars Holiday Special: 35MM Version". We didn't have anything to play them on, so we just discarded them. I wonder what the alternate ending could have been about?!

The alternate ending was that the ship docked safely in the NY harbor. However they wanted to keep the opening scene, so they had no choice and go with the ending that they did. Perhaps one day, this footage will be released
