Gibbs

I didn't register Mark Harmon until NCIS so when I watch his old films at this later date I'm often struck by how many of his gestures and mannerisms have remained unchanged. Though I think he does what he does very well and obviously has been very successful at it.
There are lots of actors like this and good luck to them - but I wonder if they ever want to go off and do something 'stretchy' - not a big thing that might affect the brand but just a little different for the job satisfaction?
