Hospital Scene After Fire

I loved that scene right after the suited murderer blows himself up in his car that takes place inside the hospital. The doc is sitting on a bench seeming somewhat shocked after what he just witnessed. The place is supposed to look busy for the shot so cops, firemen, nurses and other staff are constantly moving in and out of frame. It’s so obviously set up that way that it’s funny in a good way. There’s even a fireman still wearing his old style helmet inside talking to someone.
