Holding a shotgun pointing upwards towards her face?

I saw that on Court TV today. Geez, I think I learned more about gun safety growing up in a hunting family around guns, and I'm not saying I know all that much. She was the firearms expert on set? Wild.

What the heck?

Literally no problem holding a gun in that manner if you've made it safe

Nah. I think what the armorer testified to and what I was always taught growing up, including in an actual guns safety course I took as a teenager is correct. Holding a gun by the end of the muzzle with the butt on the ground, pointed in the direction of your own face is not the correct way to do it.

Good? Someone is dead now because of her carelessness! You think that's good, you dirty dog?

Ultimately, she wasn't the one pointing the gun at a person and pulling the trigger.
She got a fair trial and verdict, got off light even.

If you want someone truly responsible, talk to the liar again that continued to claim the gun went off on its own to brush off responsibility. His trial starts soon... but he will walk free, unfortunately.
