What's this TV movie called please

Posted this in need to know but really driving my brain insane that can't find the name

About a teenager who goes out one night comes in drunk and crashes car or something ! Her parents send her to a rehab / help centre where all is not what it seems, they work on a point system where the more points you get the more privileges etc she tries to escape with one girl through a vent but gets caught, she also befriend a guy in the who has a pet mouse he is later released and when she phones him she finds he killed himself and actually wasn't ready to leave!

I believe there was a reporter placed in their undercover to do some research which ends up finding out that they are huge insurance fraud! She gets in contact with a reporter who she pretends to be her aunty because they listen to her phone call !

Remember the ending being that she finds the documents and places them in electric box which then her brother who pretends to be electrician collects from the place!
