Late 90's- early '00's German techno music video using Wicked City???

As the title says, I cannot for the life of me remember either the name of the song or the group. Only the time period and that the entire MV features clips from the 1987 anime Wicked City, in particular the spider creature. I've tried everything... I hope someone can help.

Oh, most certainly an official MV. They use to show it a lot on Viva (German MTV equivalent) around '99-'00. Tried Youtube, Google, various forums... all in vain... and it's driving me crazy.
