Even though it's not a complete theme in the traditional sense, I think the strongest one is Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard's theme for Christopher Nolan's Batman movies.

I can only think of one: "Unbreakable" (James Newton Howard)
Though "Spider-Man" (Elfman) gets a honorable mention.

Spider-Man was OK, but not great. Maybe right behind the Christopher Nolan Batman movies.
