Hillary, Biden, Trump and their Classified Docs: Let's compare!!

So, in recent years we've had three major political figures who have been accused of mishandling classified documents.
1. Hillary Clinton had classified docs on her private email server which, upon learning her emails were under subpoena, Clinton had the server and all devices related to the server destroyed. Hillary's lawyers (who had no authority to view classified docuMents) were allowed to look through her emails and use their own determination as to which ones were private and which were not.
No charges for Hillary.
2, Joe Biden had boxes of classified documents (close to 100) in various properties he owned, including his garage. Some of these classified documents were in Biden's possession for close to FORTY YEARS. As a sitting senator, Joe Biden had NO AUTHORITY to take those documents out of the federal holding falicity (referred to as a SCIF or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility ). Therefore it is safe to conclude that Biden STOLE these documents.
No charges for Joe Biden.
3. Pres. Trump had boxes of documents of which about 50 were determined to be classified. The difference between Trump and the other two? Well, Pres. Trump had the power, as POTUS, to declassify any documents he wanted to. Clinton never had that power, and Biden did not have that power when he acuired the documents. Also, Pres. Trump is covered by the Presidential Records Act, which does not apply to Clinton, or to Biden at the time he acquired the classified documents.

BUT, only ONE of those three people was the subject of an armed FBI raid. Only ONE of those three people has been charged with a criminal act, even though the Presidential Records Act is not a criminal statute, and would fall under a civil suit.
Anyone still want to argue that there is no double standard when dealing with Pres. Trump?

Theres always been a double standard when it comes to republicans and democrats! anyone remember before the 2012 election and the view got big mike obama in, they spent 20 minutes asking her about her favorite first ladies, the decor of the white house, flowers, dresses and how "shes an inspiration?!

then they got romneys wife in the week after, where they grilled her on the arab spring, the 2007 financial crisis and tax rates! ehehehe!

but then again its liberals, you know you wouldnt get a coherent answer asking them something like that anyway.

but that really was comedy gold.

You mean like Jan. 6 being an insurrection but laying siege to govt. buildings, riots, rape, assault, murder and BILLIONS of dollars in damages are "mostly peaceful protests"?

Of course there's a double standard. The DS is in control which is why there is a two-tiered justice system with differential enforcement.

Trump is an outsider and the biggest threat to their corruption, plans and agendas.

Let’s compare:

Biden: no presidential authority: broke the law - no charges

Clinton: no presidential authority: broke the law - no charges

Trump: presidential authority, same as Bush and Obama who did the exact same thing as Trump and all ex presidents. Raided by corrupt FBI, CNN conveniently on scene at 5am due to leaks from said corrupt FBI, charges pressed despite no laws broken.
