Which Bond film is this?

I distinctly remember a Bond film involving some henchmen, one of them involves a scene where they put a bomb in a briefcase full of money which blows up a man’s helicopter. I think towards the end of the film Bond kills them by throwing their own briefcase at them and blowing them up. I think it took place on a boat.
