He's right though. Even when the Patriots are winning by insurmountable numbers, they still keep playing their offense at 100%. See the 2007 season for more details.

Is there a reason not to play 100%? I understand injury potential but that can be countered with staying crisp. Belichick has done this for years, hard to argue with the results

It was still only a 3 possession lead with 7 minutes left, teams have overcome that before , just last week you try to tell me Andrew Luck kept the Colts in the Raiders game even though thy were down by 23 with 7 minutes left.

Exposing Brady to the Steelers D when the game is won is pretty smart Pops. And I know what separates the Colts from the Patriots....BB.

Come to think of it......that's probably why they had Brady in there during garbage time, BB knows Garoppalo's waiting in the wings and since they didn't miss a beat with him as their starter BB probably doesn't mind if Brady goes down.
