Movie version of Wicked

Do you think the movie version of Wicked will be coming out by the end of 2019, I am going to say no because as of now there is no cast casting that is set, and still i don't know how long filming will take, but don't you want to try to get a great job with it, to earn a lot of favorable reviews from the majority of the critics and even audiences alike. They have named the director, but still no casting has been made and do you pretty much to the entire movie, or edit it down if they want to get the movie under 2 hours like how it was done with Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, where they will have to even edit down the songs as well. And since the show's running time is 2 hours and 45 minutes with an intermission where say if it is supposed 15 minutes long, but how many times do the second half of a show ever start 15 minutes after the first act ends. And if you have seen the musical, you know the first act is almost 90 minutes long, where the second act is about an hour long. And with the few shorter songs like Dear Old Shiz could they just cut them from the musical, but do you think the movie will bee out by the end of 2019 yes or no and why or why not.
