i couldn't have been more impressed with a film. it was so ground breaking, life altering as far as what is possible with a horror film, and so mind blowingly amazingly great. it's unbelievably great and is so unique. there's never been a film like it. it did the impossible, it made slugs scary and disturbing and it made them more scary and disturbing than any other film possibly could.

One from 88 that I really dug one time
was Waxwork. Good stuff.
UH, wow, waxwork is my all time favorite film! so it's really cool that you love it. '88 is one of the best years for horror films. it had waxwork, the lair of the white worm, my 2nd favorite film of all time, a nightmare on elm street part 4: the dream master, which is the best a nightmare on elm street film, the serpent and the rainbow, slugs, friday the 13th part 7: the new blood, the blob remake which is 100 times better than the original, fright night part 2, and so many other all time classic horror films.
