I think the Patrick Wilson charakter was the only nice guy in this movie
I am not 100% sure but I think she is now with a woman
He wanted to break up with her long time ago but didn't because of the tragedy with her sister.
And then her parents happened....
I think he also thought he wouldn't be able to get another chick because he tells his mates: What If would want her back and she is gone?
I think when he realized that the red hair girl was interested in him, he started to gain confidence and he knew he would gonna be f... her.
It's really not her fault but producers only want her to play someones pretty girlfriend.
