I never thought about it, but as much as I do like Patrick Wilson I'd definitely pick him as the older of the two.

Exactly.

Just more whining about irrelevant stuff

You think a man who is 6 years older than his "older" brother is irrelevant?

Especially since the star looks like he's in his 30s too?

reply

You do realize this a movie about superhuman fish people swimming around in the ocean, right?

reply

Yes. I was like: "What?" when Aquaman kept referring to him as "younger brother" like Aquaman was 30 and Patrick Wilson was some 27.

I barely remember plot of first movie. I kinda thought Orm was older brother who had the right to thron since he was born in the royal marriage or some shit. And Aquaman was product of some love affair or whatever. And he was younger brother, half-blood. And then Orm went crazy for power and Aquaman kicked his ass and put him in prison. And took throne.

So I was surprised when Aquaman started referring to him as younger brother. I thought they didn't even spent any time together as kids. And don't now each other. While Aquaman kept behaving like there were some brothers who loved each other and always hanged out.

He has to be younger because Arthur is the rightful heir to the throne, so that's why it's kind of confusing.

reply

Patrick Wilson was definitely miscast. However, he would've been perfect as Arthur Curry/Aquaman.

reply

If you want someone who looks like the comic books, yes, he would be a much better fit.
