Thank you for posting these unfortunate facts.
Sadly black over-representation in poverty was a meager 79%.
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development tells me that 39.4% of the homeless population is black. That's a 312% over-representation, which is better but clearly not enough as assaults on women is still a huge issue.
If we can turn the US into a nation of women and black hobo's then we can defeat sexual harassment and assaults against women once and for all!

I once heard an expert on Hobo Culture discussing what a Hobo is and is not. Most homeless people are not actually hobos, people who call themselves "Hobos" are people who live a marginal existence of constantly moving from place to place, in search of temporary work.
The expert quoted an old hobo definition of what a hobo is and is not: "A 'hobo' is a migratory worker. A 'tramp' is a migratory non-worker, and a 'bum' is a non-migratory non-worker". So as long as we're bringing in studies and statistics, let's be snippily precise about the definition of "hobo" as well!
