How did Tony get the stones from Thanos?
I'm guessing...since Tony made the new infinity gauntlet to hold the stones....he was able to have it assemble onto himself the way he does his traditional armor....so I'm guessing he did a quick swap with Thanos due to because of his tech???
I know it's not a plothole...I think I just missed exactly how he did it.

He had a nano suit that can shapeshift. He designed the Gauntlet as well and, going by the way it stretched out to fit Hulk’s hand, it’s fair to say it likewise is made of the same technology. It was probably an easy task to have the stones transferred from the gauntlet to his suit.

shareI hear ya, I missed it as well, and the screen seemed a little darker than it should be at my theater, but maybe that's the movie. Anyways, Tony's designed gauntlet which Thanos was wearing released the stones at Tony's request, extremely quickly, as Tony is able still command that gauntlet via nano function.
