Blagden talented versatile actor at only 26

Okay, I'm a huge Vikings fan, but had no idea when I began watching Versailles that I was looking at the same actor that played Athelstan on Vikings, except for the name - George Blagden. It's such as unusual name I knew I'd seen it before so I began searching and soon found out who this young talented actor playing Louis XIV was.

Except for the voice he doesn't even look the same.

From a monk to a King and boy what a King he plays.

I'm stoked for the next season of Versailles and I hope Canal and the BBC don't disappoint.

I honestly didn't realize it was the same actor and I'm a rabid Vikings fan. I kept saying that voice, I know that voice. Wonderful actor. Glad I get to see him on my tv again as I was devastated when he was killed on Vikings.
