I think it could be a modest hit and I mean that in a good way. Hollywood doesn't put out many rom coms and this looks like a lower to mid range budgeted movie that Hollywood needs to start making again. As for the stars I don't know the actress but Glen Powell was Hangman in Top Gun Maverick. You can't make the next generation of movie stars unless they get their break in the business. It's nice to see some fresh faces in movies.

I didn't think it was perfect but I thought it was enjoyable for what it was trying to do as a Rom Com. Now Hollywood get back to making Rom Coms again.

Yeah. I wasn't blown away by ABY, but if it's financial success is what's required to break the stranglehold that superhero movies/entertainment designed for 1st graders has had on US cinema since 2016, I'll celebrate without hesitation

I wouldn't bother to see this movie then- she somehow manages to stay fully clothed for once, despite her history, and despite a lot of nudity from the rest of the cast.

Not sure what you saw but I saw a shower scene that showed quite some skin. On top of that several scenes of her in bikinis and underwear.

He looks like he should be in films like Fast & Furious or some team-up action film. Unfortunately, you're correct insofar that Hollywood only uses straight White males as evil foils, douchebags, and occasional eye-candy. There are those like John Cena, but he hasn't made one masculine action film his entire career after 12 Rounds. They basically use his masculinity as the brunt of jokes in almost all his more recent projects. Sad times.

Leonardo Dicaprio

Jesus, SUCH a shortage of white men in leading roles in Hollywood.

As someone who loves the rom com genre, I will not watch this. And why? Because I find Sydney Sweeney ugly and unlikeable. There is something wrong about her face. So no I'll not support her projects. Cast someone else!
