It doesn't make sense to add Anxiety.

You're telling me the main girl is now a teenager and she has never experienced anxiety before?

reply

We already have Fear...how is Anxiety different than (or should I say separate from) Fear?

reply

Anxiety is different from fear.

reply

Fear is a natural and essential emotion for human health and survival.
Anxiety, however, is an extreme form of fear that can disrupt your ability to function in daily life.

For instance, consider the difference between someone who feels nervous about speaking at a conference for the first time. This is a normal reaction. Conversely, a person with social anxiety may begin to feel fearful weeks in advance, with the mere thought of the speech causing paralysis. This level of anxiety can impair daily functioning, such as work or studies. The individual may struggle to prepare adequately for the speech because even the act of preparation triggers intense anxiety about speaking in front of a large audience. Often, individuals with social anxiety will prefer to avoid such situations altogether, using excuses to avoid confronting their fears.

So Anxiety is fear out of control. It's like the different between sadness and depression.
