How did Ahmed know that Kokachin was impregnated by the stable boy and therefore ready to expose the Khan after the kurultai?
If I recall, some of his soldiers reported back to him that they saw the boy going into the chambers at an inappropriate time with the queen as escort. The fact that it was the prince's fourth and last wife I guess made her getting pregnant urgent business and that would have been known to Ahmed.
