Question about the episode "The Great Pizza Race"?

Did Jon have to pay for the pizzas that Garfield ordered or not? I know Garfield and Odie had to perform community service by washing the dishes as a punishment for ordering the pizzas but I wonder if Jon had to pay for the pizzas.
