Was Clueless one of the last truly "innocent" teen movies to be made by a major studio?

Teen movies since then, seemed to either become sexual or cynical. And even a movie like Clueless, leans more into being a satire.

It wasn't innocent

Totally wasn't innocent. Although it was PG-13 and a lot more innocent than other teen movies.

There was an innocence and warmth to it compared to the sleazy tone of, say, the American Pie flicks.
