It's weird watching today how Frank (Eastwood) is constantly sexually harassing Lilly (Rene Russo) who at 24 years his junior is young enough to be his daughter. Today, he'd be in serious trouble with the HR Department.

Also it wasn't like Russo was a 22 year old intern... she was a Secret Service agent in her late 30s.
I believe she was OK with his advances (I would have to rewatch the movie), Frank was not her boss, they were co-workers.
Yeah I agree. I don’t think she was the kind of person (the character in the movie) who would put with that kind of harassment from a coworker
shareThat was when the natural attraction between a younger woman and an older, wiser man was still depicted in the movies. Today it's frowned upon because older women have more power and they hate this particular kind of arrangement.
