He's been in all 4 Lethal Weapon films. I guess he's buddies with the director or something. I remember him in The Goonies as well.

When I first saw this film he looked like Leonard Maltin IMHO.
But yeah he does sort of look like some boring science teacher. Or maybe even gym teacher.
By the way the actor's name is Paul Tuerpe (not sure if I spelled his last name correct though).
