The robot/building transformer

It was easier suspending belief of the kid turning into Tom Hanks overnight then it was to believe the dialogue in this meeting.
That was excruciating.
Heard, Perkins and Hanks were fine but everyone else had the most ignorant and fake concerns on their faces let alone stupid comments like "so, the robot turns into a bug?" after having heard it said FOUR or FIVE times.
That scene needed a rewrite.
