It's her. she said it in some interview. Moreover she has a very characteristic shape of arms so there can't be a mistake. And if you slow down the scene you'll see that a$$ is so greatly shape that you can see something more between buttocks :-) Yummy

It's always suspicious when you can't see the face of the actor/actress. For a revealing shot like this, it means body double has been used.
But this time, I think it's really the actress and not a double. A minute before we can see her climbing out from the water in a swimsuit (shot from the back too, but eventually she turns back to camera), and she looks great.
(And yes, I realize this is a ten year old thread.)

I don't think they have any hard evidence. They're probably just going by the statistical probability.
Of course it is *possible* that it is a double, however we could see the actress in swimsuit from behind for a glimpse. She didn't look like she needed it.
I commented on that scene on YouTube saying that Tahnee Welch who played Kitty in the film looks so much like her mother, Raquel and I got a reply saying that Steve Guttenberg who played Jack in the film looked so much like his Uncle Nigel. I don't know if that's an uncle on his mother's side of the family or his father's side of the family. Does anybody know?
