The Only John Wayne Movie I've Seen

What can I say? Kate's the bait and I got carried away with her. I am in it to see Kate not Duke. The Duke rubs me wrong and I don't know why or how I can get past it.

I'm sure there are many people that feel just like you do, in reverse.

Luckily for me, I like them both and like a lot of people I'm sure, I was surprised to see how well the chemistry between them worked. They're very sweet but I also like the way they "jab" at each other.

A film that's a lotta fun & great performances by BOTH actors. :)

I guess you're one of these people that think (according to Madison Avenue) that people have no use or reason to remain on the planet after they turn 35? Too OLD for what?!?!?! to act? they both did a great job of acting.

NOT EVERY MOVIE HAS TO BE ABOUT YOUNG PEOPLE....I mean wtf, why can't we have a movie where the hero & heroine are 68 years old? I for one thought they did a great job & enjoyed seeing a movie with "older" people in it.

if you feel this is "awful" go watch SAW or some other teenage screamer movie!

To quote Kate in my reflection of John Wayne: " I do not fear a skunk, I simply do not care for its odor."

All I see with John Wayne on and off-screen is a man with severe compensation issues.

Some folks can't separate The Duke from his politics

Then Judge his work

Personally I only care how an actor does his job, and NOT what he does or believes away from it
