.....the guy handing out the mail ("at ease") was Mel Blanc. Sounded so much like him. I'm not sure who the actor was because I can't remember the name of the character. I just saw it for the first time last night. Anyone care to point him out? Thanks.

Blanc was 45 and already had a receding hairline. Wasn't the mail guy much younger?

Maybe, I didn't get the sense that he appeared particularly old or young. Just sounded so much like him that it made me wonder.
