A cup has more charisma than this guy

Not to me. I think he's very charismatic and very hot..
I have watched some films just because he's in them.

He looks utterly generic and that can sometimes translate into lack of charisma.

Check him out in Hell or Highwater and Outlaw King. I think he does have the ability to play the "strong but silent" type a lot better than other clunkers like Vin Weasel or the late Paul Walker

I agree, and that's why so many of his roles are in ensemble films, or as the leading man to a female star.

He's moderately good-looking and moderately talented, and has some screen presence but lacks Star Quality. He's actually done remarkably well for himself, considering how little he has to work with.
