It's called wisdom. She's one of a few very funny people in mainstream comedy today.

Then why was she on SNL for so long? And get her own sitcom as soon as she left it?

Those 2 accomplishments mean nothing in the world of comedy today. SNL hires hacks, and
network sitcoms are the anti-christ. Grow Up
