Best actor nomination

Yay!!! I hope he wins. I wonder what he'll do if he does. I remember when he was nominated for an Oscar. He didn't win, but during an interview he said that he had the flag for his favorite team (San Lorenzo de Almagro) folded under his suit. And, if he had won the Oscar, he would have whipped out the flag and ran around the theater with it. I was sorry he did not win, but I did not want to see him do that.








I read a couple of weeks ago that he was being touted for a nomination but there was no point in getting too excited then. But I checked as soon as I saw the list was out and there he was!

I haven't seen the other films - it's just not possible to get to cinema easily at the moment - but I do know what he was like in this film.

And since he'll be there, San Lorenzo will be there too in some way or other, you can be sure of that. I wonder who he'll take with him this time.

Yeah, the flag thing is so childish. Makes him look like a moron IMO. Seriously, that kind of thing should be left behind at 13. I didn't see the film either. I don't think it opened where I live. Maybe I can find an online site that will stream it.

Wonder if the Oscars will nominate him as well?

No, I completely forgot the GG's were on last night and didn't watch, lol. I saw CF and I have to say I don't get the nomination. It was a bit of a fantasy film (the kids were good) but nothing out of the ordinary unless you count VM again doing full frontal nudity. I'm not surprised he didn't win. Wonder if he'll also get an Oscar nod?
