When Janet Jackson picks a man from audience at her concerts to bump & grind, is it a random person, or is that staged??

I’ve always wondered since the men who she picks to come onstage are always overly dramatic, such as hollering “I love you, Janet” repeatedly. Did she randomly select them, or were they actors getting paid to be in the audience for her to select?

During a concert in Stockholm, she picked a guy whom my sister knew from the audience. That was definately not planned.

Michael often had a random girl picked up from the audience during his concerts in a similar manner.

Well, yeah, they're her rabid fans or they wouldn't be paying those outrageous amounts to be at her concerts.
