Age 5 ???!!! That's murder. Way late on the wisdom teeth extract, too.

As for me, other than the lobotomy, I don't recall any others.

mangled toe metatarsal (from car accident) re-sculpted
various stitches and colostomies

Tonsils age 5

All 4 wisdom teeth age 25

Cataracts age 5
Laser eye surgery aged 8
Had a cyst removed from one of my danglers when I was....15 or so?
Had my appendix removed about 5 years ago

This guy and his pattern of asking personal questions gets weirder and weirder. I can't see anything good coming out of answering these questions.

Anyone know why was he banned before? Was it because of this same routine?
