Ideal jobs for people like me?

I think I'm more of an independent worker than a team worker. In a team I feel more pressure and that kinda reduces the quality of my performance. I'm also not very good at communicating. In summary, I guess my team work skills are something I need to work on....

I also admit I'm sorta lazy, but I try not to be. I think this is either a function of my OCD or maybe even ADHD (although I was not diagnosed with the latter.)

In summary, I don't even know what I want to work as.

Currently I'm a tutor for college students and and an essay scorer.

Dog walker. Don't work through an agency, as they take too much of the money. You get the keys to the owners' homes and walk the dogs during the day. I knew a woman who was making over $30,000 per year with a bunch of dogs.

Beware! A lot of counties require you to pick up the dog crap... woof!

You can continue doing the tutoring and essays.

Or, become a farmer. HELP KOWALSKI PLANT AND HARVEST MARIJUANA. YOU CAN ALSO TYPE lower case LETTERS WHEN HE NEEDS THEM, FOR EXTRA MONEY.

reply

Nope, out of the question. I'm not a dog person. Sorry.

I guess I'll continue the tutoring and essay rating. Thanks.

Data entry job, copy editor or transcriber. Jobs like this are mainly solitary, involve a lot of typing and revising, but not a lot of people work and chatting - and, where socializing is necessary, still usually only includes one or two other people.

reply

That sounds like a good suggestion, thanks for this as well!

You can open your own online store. Create a website, find a supplier, arrange delivery of the goods (look here truck transport price https://dnacargo.co ), you will also need a place to store the goods, perhaps your garage.

Mortgage loan processing. Verify and collect documentation for real estate purchases. There's some customer service, but it's just checking on the status of documents so a purchase can go through.

Forklift operator at a Warehouse. It's a pretty fun job that's requires detailed work and some teamwork.

Delivery driver.

If you're looking for work and don't know what you want, try a temp service. It can be really beneficial. I used that to get out of retail

reply

Hmm...a temp service sounds interesting. I'll look into it.

It's a reasonable way to learn a new skill and make connections.
