We all walk away from the voices alone, nobody needs to know what they said...We are all a bit crazy sometimes.

I lived in Southern California for a couple years in the mid-1980s (around the time this song was released). It was just glorious. It really was.

Back then was better..today not so much, the movie Down & out in Beverly Hills with Nolte, Dreyfuss & Midler released during that time brought me to Randy Newman's video tonight on youtube which I had not seen before in all of these years.
