I've been in denial

This entire time since IMDB announced that they were disabling the message boards I thought that there would be another message forum like IMDB for me to go to. But the inevitable occurred. I realized that what made IMDB such a unique and special place for movie lovers was Col Needham. Col Needham is the genius that created IMDB. IMDB is what it is because of Col Needham. And nobody else can duplicate genius no matter how much they try. No amount of changes made to these sites, no suggestions on improvements to these sites will match the genius that was IMDB message forums. No amount of compliments to the site admins will make their forum like IMDB either.

I hate to see a beautiful thing be destroyed and then taken away forever.
