Does this anime count?

It's called Cyberteam in Akihabara and it was about a girl named Hibari and her friends and they had these small cybernetic pets and these bad guys were after them. It was basically a satire of Sailor Moon, in a way. I actually thought it was decent. A lot people seem to hate that anime and I don't know why. There are much worse anime out there like Girls Bravo, yet nobody complains about that one?
